3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including shipping and taxes.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Since we operate on a drop-shipping model, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s processing time. Typical delivery ranges from 7–21 business days.
Covenant is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only allowed if the product is visibly damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, contact us at info@covenant-threads.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

All content on the Site and our products, including logos, graphics, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of Covenant or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
