Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Once processed, items are shipped directly from our third-party fulfillment partners.

Delivery Time

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 4–10 business days depending on location

  • International Orders: May take 10–30 business days depending on location.

Tracking

  • You will receive information on your shipping carrier and tracking code via email once your order is shipped. 

  • As we work to fix our tracking links, for now you will have to copy and paste your code into your carriers website in order to track your order

  • Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking info to update.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Covenant is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

  • Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Since our items are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges with proof of product damage or defectivity.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@covenant-threads.com

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item.

  3. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, based on availability

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please file a claim with the carrier or contact us, and we’ll assist where possible.
