Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Once processed, items are shipped directly from our third-party fulfillment partners.
Delivery Time

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 4–10 business days depending on location

International Orders: May take 10–30 business days depending on location.
Tracking

You will receive information on your shipping carrier and tracking code via email once your order is shipped.

As we work to fix our tracking links, for now you will have to copy and paste your code into your carriers website in order to track your order

Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking info to update.
Delays & Exceptions

Covenant is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
Since our items are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges with proof of product damage or defectivity.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Include your order number and a photo of the item.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, based on availability
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please file a claim with the carrier or contact us, and we’ll assist where possible.
